The Republican candidates are set to square off in the Fox News debate Thursday night, their last debate before Monday’s Iowa caucuses.

Trump previously had said he may not show up. But campaign manager Corey Lewandowski said during a Tuesday evening news conference in Marshalltown, Iowa, that the GOP front-runner “will not be participating in the Fox News debate Thursday.”

Trump has criticized Fox News for “playing games” and for including anchor Megyn Kelly as a debate moderator. He says Kelly is a third-rate reporter who is bad at her job and shouldn’t be allowed to participate.

His repeated use of the word “probably” tells me he’ll be at the debate

Trump was just endorsed by crazed evangelical xtian Jerry Falwell Jr., to pander to Iowa. No doubt he’ll soon be in Willy and KJ to get the evangelicals here…

This is why Trump is the man, enough political correctness he feels that Kelly will be unfair to him, so he doesn’t show up!

Fabulous! Go Trump Go! ..No reason to debate with biased media as ‘moderators’… Now, we just need Cruz to drop out, and he and Trump could have a real ‘debate’.
It’s ridiculous for FOX to put up such moderators.

What a baby! He can’t handle even one young reporter because he’s so thin skinned, so how can he handle terrorist states and the other dilemmas facing this country?

Will he show up to a meeting with Iran or ISIS? Or skip it cuz “They won’t be fair to him” ?? What a wimp Trump!!!! Come on man up to the media!! Guess what if he becomes Pres of the US he will have to deal 24/7 with left wing liberal media and they will be alot tougher then M. Kelley will he just bar them from White House press room??

It is beyond me how once again the concept of “oilem goylem” is proven yet again! How this cartoon character Trump, who is a buffoon & a clown can garner 40%-plus support from registered Republicans is amazing. This orange colored idiot is more arrogant than even Obama and if he would run one on one against any 1 candidate will lose the primary. Nevertheless, should he actually win the primary he would still be preferrable over Hillary or Sanders. He would be making a mistake not to come to the debate (he wasn’t “front and center” last debate, and won’t be missed terribly if he stays home), and Fox would have to be really stupid to cave in to his demands to drop Megyn as a moderator. Trump’s thin skin and his childish behavior reflect poorly on his character.

No need for Trump to debate – he has nothing new to say. Here is the sum total of all his speeches: Bush is low energy; Build a wall; Everyone hates Cruz; The Art of the Deal is the second best book ever, after the bible; the polls show he is winning; his supporters are smart. Not a single detail of how any of this could be accomplished. Studies show his voters are not only not smart, they are the least educated people in America, most not getting beyond high school if that far. Unbelievable that so many of you lack the intellectual curiosity to want more information. Having a massive ego is not a qualification to be president
