“France will engage in the coming weeks in the preparation of an international conference bringing together the parties and their main partners, American, European, Arab, notably to preserve and make happen the solution of two states,” he said.

France should first recognize the Islamic State, that inflicted so much bloodshed and terror on it, This way they could meet and negotiate, before the IS will deliver a second blow, And for its own good, shouldn’t meddle in the middle east, because if the Palestinians will become disgruntled with it, they could unleash their terror against it, and Palestinians have much more experience in terrorism than IS,

Great idea ,According to PewResearch Center as of Nov. 2015 there were 7.5 Million muslims in France. “more than in Israel” ,so the 2 state solution should be in France , let them give away some states to the Muslims and everyone will be happy

France may be doing this in the hopes that it will stem the tide of Jews leaving France in droves since French Jews may think twice about going to Israel if their neighbor is a quasi-legitimitized Palestinian (terrorist) state.

France is trying to have it both ways its trying to appease the Arabs and to calm their local Arabs but it will not work France alreadi is 25% Muslim so now tgere will be an extreme right President the Fashist Marinne LePen so Fabius stick to your own problems and forget about French dreams of being a power broker.

FRANCE: “Palestinians, if you know what ‘s good for you, you better sit down with Israel to negotiate a 2 state solution, or we’re going to force you to become a state without them!”

Yeah… real smart incentive to get the Muslim terrorists to negotiate.
