On the Democratic side, voters are more excited about Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, who was leading at poll close. But more voters view former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as the better candidate to beat Trump.
According to early results of exit polls conducted for The Associated Press and television networks by Edison Research, GOP voters appeared less than taken with the idea of a new candidate arising out of a possible contested convention. Democratic voters were split on trade, an issue that Sanders had played up during the primary.
Other highlights from the exit polls:
Bernie continues to gain in virtually every new poll with every demographic group in every region of the country (except over 65 and incomes in excess of $200k/yr). We are a movement of regular people going up against the best funded, most professional political machine in the history of this nation, but we HAVE to win this nomination battle if we want to beat Trump and the Republicans this fall. Clinton’s support starts and stops with Democrats. We need independents, millennials, irregular voters, and third parties. They all enthusiastically support Bernie Sanders, which is why the polls consistently showing him faring far better against all the GOP candidates.
Palin’s babbling incoherent speech in Milwaukee cost Trump the Wisconsin election. And to think he missed his einikel’s bris to campaign!
Every fact checking organization concluded that Sanders’ accusations about Clinton and Fossil Fuel money were misleading and since Sanders had also taken money from individuals who work in oil and gay that makes him a HYPOCRITE and a LIAR.
Looks like it’ll be Cruz vs Sanders in the election. Hmmm, what an upset to all the populist opinions!
