David Daleiden said in a Facebook post Tuesday that the agents seized all video footage from his apartment, along with his personal information. He posted on the site for his group, the Center for Medical Progress.

Center spokesman Peter Robbio confirmed the social media posting is authentic, but he declined further comment. He could not say where the apartment is located.

Rachele Huennekens, a spokeswoman for state Attorney General Kamala Harris, said in an email that she can’t comment on any ongoing investigation.

Harris, a Democrat who is running for the U.S. Senate, said in July that she would investigate the videos.

I wonder what happens when his 11 year old sister is raped and pregnant with the rapist baby. Will he resort to a back alley coat hanger abortion, or utilize her rights to terminate the pregnancy at a safe and sanitary facility?

More than a dozen states investigated Planned Parenthood and found no criminal activity. The US congress found no criminal activity, so they set up 2 more congressional investigations.

On the other hand, 2 states had found criminal activity on behalf of CMP, including a runaway grand jury in Texas, which was set up to investigate Planned Parenthood, but ended up indicting Deleiden and another activist for falsifying government documents.

But the Republicans in congress still want to defund Planned Parenthood, even from Medicaid reimbursement for regular services provided.
