Does this remind anyone of the R’ Chezkel Wertzberger murder false arrest and conviction? Community pressure to find the perpetrator is a good thing, but seems to me the PD is corrupt and simply caves. They just want to show resolved cases and take the easy way out instead of solving these murder cases properly. Except that even if he’s guilty, he obviously didn’t act alone, so where are the other guys?

he is taking the fall for the real culprits and this is why as #1 noted the DA doesn’t want to go to trial as his case is weak.

I never knew anyone was even arrested for his death. I thought I saw a VIN article a year after he was killed that said there were “few leads” in the case. Weird.

When a Jew is killed the media will paint him as a criminal, even a kindhearted, secret philanthropist who NO ONE wanted dead; not even his killers.

As Jews we ought to be ashamed of ourselves for buying the media bull.

Remember that his amazing, loving father and husband, has a family reading your ignorant parroting of concocted “facts”. Think twice before you believe everything you read. And think ten times before you decide to post.

We lost a gem two years ago, and rather than acknowledge the tragedy, the media decides to paint the murderer – a guy who has been charged for domestic violence against BOTH his kids’ mothers – as a “family man”.

but the real family man, and community man, and beloved landlord and business associate – a truly great man, they have the audacity to besmirch.

And people actually fall for it!? Meila the anti-semites, that I get, but what’s the excuse for frum Jews??

As we know that even if the police have the right guy, he didn’t work alone; and he was acting on behalf of someone else. That means at least 2 or 3 people have not been charged. Also, what happened to the Slavic guy or guys that were the alleged perpetrators? And what about the cell phone that was found attached to the victim’s minivan that “was unrelated” to the kidnapping? Was that where people store a backup phone like some people do with a spare key?
