Police say a trooper clocked Kenneth Hines of Brooklyn going 92 mph Saturday afternoon on Interstate 81 in the Broome County town of Barker, just north of Binghamton.
Troopers say a check of his driving record found that he has 57 suspensions of his license, which has been revoked 20 separate times.
Hines was arraigned in the town court in neighboring Fenton and sent to the county jail with no bail. It couldn’t be immediately learned if he’s still being held in jail Monday.
It also wasn’t known if the 53-year-old Hines has a lawyer who could comment on the charges.
Exactly how does one get a license reinstated after it is repeatedly suspended and revoked.
No chokehold?
Yet blacks will have you believe they are singled out for discriminatory treatment by the authorities!
