But the report released Thursday criticized City officials, saying there was a “complete lack of accountability within City government regarding deed restriction removals and significant communication failures.”

The nursing home on Rivington Street was turned into luxury condos despite city deed restrictions that limited its use.

The report also documented a lack of cooperation from the Law Department. The report found that access was denied to City Hall computers and that documents provided to the DOI were heavily redacted.

Mayoral spokesman Eric Falk Phillips told CBS New York (http://cbsloc.al/29TBL2e) that every relevant document and interview requested was provided.

Ok no corruption but city officials will think twice before ever letting another “hiemisha” take them for a ride again

Whatever you “think” is not relevant. It’s the evidence and witnesses that counts. Not just by Law but by the Torah too.
