Captain Marty Reilly of the Ramapo Police Department told VIN News that 74 year old Claudio Iodice was arrested on September 8th following the incident which took place at 214 Route 59 on August 31st.

The unidentified man, who came to Iodice’s office to collect money owed to him, said that Iodice refused to pay him and instead, grabbed him by the throat and forced him into a chair. The victim alleged that he managed to get away from Iodice, with the altercation continuing outside.

“The defendant began chasing the victim around his vehicle saying, ‘You’re not getting your money. I’m you to kill you, you (obscenity) Jew, you Jew (obscenity),’” said Reilly.

The victim reported the incident to Ramapo Police who arrested Iodice on September 8th. Iodice was charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation and Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree as a Hate Crime, both misdemeanors.

Iodice is due in the Village of Airmont Justice Court to face the charges on Thursday.

Some of these talenas are very anti-semitic. I’ve experienced such incidents, personally from that ethnic group.

He’s openly anti Semitic whilst those in the white house get away with it, Obama, Hillary, Kerry, Sharpton and others.

Sounds like something wasn’t in writing. Not much in the way of details.

What sense does it make for a 74 year old man to chase a man 20 years his junior around a car calling him names and threatening violence? It doesn’t! The fact is Mr Iodice rented the store and the real estate agent wanted to be paid for a service he did not provide. Then,, said agent tried to intimidate Mr. Iodice and broke the front window to his store. The article never mentioned that the real estate agent was arrested on felony charges and the fact is,, when Mr Iodice became so upset at the unprofessional treatment of this real estate agent he pressed charges against the agent and has a 5 million dollar lawsuit against the agency. There are always two sides to the story and then the truth and that is what my interpretation of the facts from the police reports and both witnesses.
