The Miami-Herald (https://goo.gl/2Yb0DQ ) reports that 36-year-old Chris Emerson was stopped Wednesday morning by Miami-Dade police. Officials determined that Emerson’s horse, Trigger, was dangerously malnourished.

Laurie Waggoner runs the rescue stable where Trigger was taken. She told the Herald that a horse his size needs about 25 pounds of hay and quality grains a day. Officials say Emerson has two plastic bags stuffed with lawn trimmings for the horse to eat.

Emerson told the Herald he left Greenwood, South Carolina, about five months ago. He said he decided to ride his horse to Key West after he got divorced and crashed his truck.

It’s a new experimental car. Runs on oats and water. Caution: do not step on exhaust.

Look at the picture, that horse is as healthy as a horse (pun intended. But seriously it’s far from being malnourished).
And it’s unconstitutional for government to tell a person what he can do with his animals.
The same government that that protects the right of people to torture and murder their not yet born babies in PARTIAL BIRTH abortions (and it does not matter if the law supposedly does not allow it, it still happens and the “law” will not crack down on it, and I am pretty sure, the law does allow it in at least some stated. Nor does it matter if it happens in “only a few cases” which once again I beieve it is more then “just a few cases”, anyway. But even one is still government sported murder).
But now you cannot even ride a horse without falsely being charged with “cruelty”.
The police should be spending time stopping real crime (like robberies and bullying) before violating peoples constitutional rights to make false charges against them.
But animal fanatics do not care about abuse (if they did, there would be no school bullying, and there is, in every single general public school).
They care only about having the government intrude into and taking over our entire lives.
The same ones that are against homeland security and the NSA “spying” to stop terrorists and who claim government cameras in public streets are supposedly unconstitutional, are the same hypocrites that suddenly pretend such unconstitutional intrusion “for the animals” is supposedly “just fine”.

When did most people stop believing in Evolution?

There is no documented evidence that horses evolved specifically on high quality grain and oats and hey.
In fact there are places where horses evolved where all they had was grass or in some cases just shrubs and things like that.
For example the Stepps of Mongolia where some of the strongest and hardiest horses live, are not known for there ‘vast fields of hey and high quality grain and oats’, LOL.
Same for Iceland where they bred the Icelandic ponies where likely, not only did they nor evolve through any huge abundance of hey and oats and grain, but they had to likely eat lower quality foods and at the same time carry full grown men fully loaded with armor and weapons, which made the men weigh up to 400 LBS or more .

Women who have babies that they feed with formula instead of breast feeding, are malnourshing their babies by not giving them the antibodies and other benifits that come specifically from breast feeding, but there is no law against such abuse.

But wait Evolutionary scientists claim that humans are animals, which makes feeling babies with formula, instead of with breast milk, ‘animal abuse’, so why are such women not getting arrested, like this guy was?

So either these claims that unless the horse gets an abundance of the top quality feeds, it’s “abused”, is rediculous. Or evolution must be totally false.

To #3-You don’t know what you are talking about. How would you like to have to trot at a good pace for hundreds of miles, and not be fed adequately?

To #5 , you are the one who has no clue what you are taking about.
Soldiers do that as part of their basic training, and carry far more weight, relative to their own body weight, then horses do.
And horses have been bred and trained for thousands of years, to do exactly that.
If my ancestors had all done that all their lives for thousands of years and been bred and trained specifically for that, the way horses have (and on top of that, horses have always lived on their feet anyway).
And in the wild. They often did not have the best of all kinds of foods.
And it’s only your emotion based, biased belief, that this horse here supposedly, did not have “adequate” food.
There is absolutely no proof of that, whatsoever.
Nor have you even attempted to address the other points I made such as the unconstitutionality of arresting him on such false charges. Nor have you even attempted to address the hypocrisy of all the fanaticism of pretending to care about animals, while never showing anywhere near, the same concern for murdered babies or kids in public schools who actually are abused, on a daily basis.
Every single year, 4000 kids commit suicide to get away from bullies that the schools do nothing to stop.
If there was even half as much concern for people as for animals, school bullying, would not exist.

    One more thing.
This horse was not trotting “for hundreds of miles” nonstop.
Nor unless it was doing that much in a single day, in which case, that would be comparable to a human jogging, all day for as many miles as an average jogger would be able to cover in a day.
All the emotionalism over animals, gets in the, way of looking at the facts, objectively and logically.
