Christie says that Trump’s intention to protect the country from terrorist attacks is right but that the order was explained so “unartfully” that it allowed the president’s opponents to mischaracterize it. He says that Trump deserves to be better served by his advisers.

Christie’s comments come after Trump fired the acting U.S. attorney general after she publicly questioned the constitutionality of his refugee and immigration order and refused to defend it in court.

The clash Monday night between Trump and Sally Yates showed growing dissent surrounding an executive order that halted the U.S. refugee program and banned entries from seven Muslim-majority nations for 90 days.

Yup. Much easier to keep these terrorists out by closing the bridge and stopping them at the toll booths

Christie is such a phony; not that long ago, when there was an Ebola outbreak in Africa, he was detaining people at Newark Airport, from overseas flights. One of the detainees was a nurse from Maine, who was completely Ebola free. Yet, he kept her a virtual prisoner at Newark Airport. I guess that when he does it, it is ok. Also, very shortly, two of his former aides, including a young Mother with four small children, will be sentenced to long jail terms, because of a plot, which he was undoubtedly involved with (closing lanes on the George Washington Bridge). Instead of him criticizing Trump, he should look in the mirror, and go on a diet!
