Washington – The Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press is condemning a tweet President Donald Trump sent out Sunday, in which he appears to pummel a man whose face is covered with the CNN logo.

Executive Director Bruce Brown called the post a “threat of physical violence against journalists.”
Brown said the tweet was “beneath the office of the presidency,” adding “no one should be threatened with physical harm for doing their jobs.”
Trump tweeted a mock video that shows him pummeling a man in a business suit — his face obscured by the CNN logo — outside a wrestling ring.
The White House hasn’t responded to questions about the tweet. But White House homeland security adviser Tom Bossert told ABC that he thinks “no one would perceive that as a threat.”
I guess one way to fairly assess whether it should be viewed as a threat is to imagine that instead of a CNN logo, it was a photo-shopped image of your own face. How would you interpret it, then?
I condemn the shooting of a congressman by a left wing crazy as a threat incited by journalists against law-abiding citizens.
And I condemn the display of a mock bloody head of the president by a journalists as a threat by journalists against the president.
And I condemn comments by a would-be pirate actor to be a threat against the president.
Et cetera, et cetera, et cetera (apologies to Yul Brynner).
What’s good for the goose, is good for the gander. Until the lamestrream media calms down, gets over their gal’s loss in January, and starts practicing some real journalism, the president has every right to fight fire with fire.
What a bunch of intellectually impaired, immature crybabies! What a disgrace.
They dish out the degradation with unwavering consistency, grabbing at falsehood whenever it will give them a favor by the liberal Democrats who are living lives of hate. But when someone gives them a taste of their own medicine, they are crying. What a shame we have MSM media populated by such imbeciles.
A plug for morality is in order. I would hope that our frum media will stop copy-and-paste from the anti-Jewish MSM. They can reference them, but they should edit out the baloney that showers inappropriate and undeserved shame.

There’s no two ways about it. The President is sick. For the good of the country, let Pence take over until Trump can recover. That’s one reason we have a VP, for crying out loud.
