Washington, DC – +Unusual Fire+ At the Veterans Hospital at 50 Irving Street, a person is on fire on the 2nd floor after igniting him self while smoking, he also set his motorized wheelchair on fire, FD with the burn victim, will be transported by Medic units to burn center.

Fire is out, victim went into cardiac arrest prior to being transferred to burn center, and is now DOA at Vetrans Hospital.
