Manhattan, NY +F.D.R. Drive S/B Closed+ The F.D.R. Drive southbound is closed due to a unauthorized tractor trailer that’s under Graice Mansion at 89th Street that’s being backed off the Drive, all traffic diverted at 96th Street, heavy traffic delays delays through out the area.
