Washington – Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, facing defeat on his “Obamacare” replacement, says he will push the Senate to pass a clean repeal bill.

The Republican leader made the announcement in a statement that came a few hours after two Republican senators dealt a fatal blow to the replacement bill unveiled last Thursday. Sens. Jerry Moran and Mike Lee joined two other senators in opposing the legislation, meaning McConnell lacked the votes to move ahead.
The Kentucky Republican says, “regretfully, it is now apparent that the effort to repeal and immediately replace the failure of Obamacare will not be successful.”
McConnell says that in the coming days, the Senate will consider the House-passed bill, with the first order of business a repeal of Obamacare with a two-year delay.
He is not saying when the vote will occur.

Since health care hasn’t existed in America for the better part of 6 decades, replaced by pharmaceutical induced chronic care, enabled by the majority of us derailing our own health through poor eating habits and poorer lifestyle changes. why blame the politicians at all. The change to a healthy America starts in the kitchen, we’ve all visited the place it’s off the living room. Remove the ad driven junk, walk instead of couch potato, watch portions of food, eat as though you want to live instead of live to eat. It’s all in our hands and that way we get rid of the money greedy pharmaceutical companies, the butchers up to their elbows in blood and guts (yeah I heard that from a physician), and the political table tennis. An hour of brisk walking, water instead of “diet” soda (the word die is there for a reason), and ridding ourselves of the “eat tattelah, children are starving in Africa” (well they’re dying in America thanks to that, mental midget) mentality. We can get rid of insurers by going direct pay, which is what we do in many other cases and using concierge medical practices.
