I believe the President over Fake News:

“Fake @NBCNews made up a story that I wanted a “tenfold” increase in our U.S. nuclear arsenal. Pure fiction, made up to demean. NBC = CNN!”

Looks like The menuval is still getting advice from Putin.
He supports the second amendment allowing nutjobs to buy and carry concealed weapons, but seems ignorant of the First Amendment regarding freedom of the press. Did he ever take that course in 8th grade regarding how the Government works here in the USA?

Can you imagine how the ‘constitutionalists’ in the GOP would have gone nutz if Obama had threatened a private capitalist news network? Unhinged Trumpf has no idea about basic American values or our heritage of Freedom of the Press since John Peter Zenger. What a total Yutz.

    1. Under Law the airwaves belong to the public
    2. They need to report news responsibly, and accurately.
    3. over the air channels must operate in the public interest.
    4. All complaints must be reviewed before renewal of the broadcast license.
So Mr. Trump is actually right.
BUT, it does not apply to cable news since they are not licensed by the FCC.
