Belgian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander De Croo said Wednesday that “for a lot of Palestinian refugees, the UNRWA is the last life buoy.” Among the group’s projects are helping half a million children get an education and fending off attempts to radicalize them.
De Croo said he was responding to a global fundraising appeal from UNRWA in hopes of making up for funding cuts announced by the United States. The 19 million euros is Belgium’s allocation for three years but because of the group’s immediate need, De Croo’s office said it will be “disbursed immediately.”
The twisted world we live in.
The sign the ‘shnorrers’ are holding, says it all. They’re telling the world ‘you owe us’, meaning, they’re aren’t saying thank you for the 70 years, and going strong, worth of handouts, they’re saying straight out ‘YOU OWE US’.
Do we send any money to Belgium?
Belgium: They will be back for more! That is not enough for Mr. Abbas pocket. He does not give it to the people== he keeps it, that is why he is fat and his people are skinny! You should have sent FOOD!! Directly to the people and have your people distribute it!!
Europe is a lost cause, Europeans get ready and buy your burkas maybe your immigrants will allow you to wear fashionable burkas.
Perfect! Now the Trump administration should suspended ALL aid for UNRWA.
The Belgium losers will pick it up!
That is the art of the deal! TRUMP 2020
I guess the terrorist attacks in Brussels were not enough.
Belgium? Belgium? That s***hole country? They don’t have anything better to do with the money they extracted by torturing the Congo?
Long overdue by USA No reason why US taxpayers should have to carry the heaviest load of FOREIGN charitable organizations at the expense of domestic aid. Time that other countries of the world share the burden rather than always depending on “Uncle Sam”.
What about all the countries in Africa, with people starving to death? Is Belgium sending money there too? Or is it interested in perpetrating the standing of Israel’s enemies?
When Moshiach comes, he should recommend Belgium to pay proportionally to all the poor countries of the world, to show they are not anti-semitic and really altruistic.
If they love the refugees so much, why not offer them a home?
