UNRWA’s commissioner-general, Pierre Krahenbuhl, on Monday called last week’s U.S. decision “abrupt and harmful.” His agency provides education, health and welfare services for more than 5 million refugees and their descendants across the Middle East. Some two-thirds of Gaza’s 2 million people rely on UNRWA for assistance.

The “Dignity is Priceless” campaign aims to raise $500 million to ensure that the agency’s core services are unaffected.

The U.S., which is the largest donor to UNRWA, withheld a $65 million payment.

President Donald Trump has blamed the Palestinians for a deadlock in peace efforts and threatened to cut U.S. assistance.

This is a rogue campaign. Trump is not punishing the Palestinians, though punishment is certainly deserved. He is simply saying that these funds ultimately support a non-peace cause. Not by feeding Palis, but by the diversion of the “humanitarian” aid to finance terror. Until these animals abandon terror, they should not be supported at all. It is a myth to consider these savages victims. They are perpetrators.

    Fake news from AP.

They print half stories and lie. Even the pic is about getting attention.

Why don’t they write about what the money is really used for? How about Abbas’s altitude towards the USA? How about Abbas paying terrorists money?

    AP piece of garbage.

    The media is our enemy.

The US (and every other civilized country) should cut ALL money given to the PA and only give AID if it is truly needed: Food, water, electricity, teachers, etc. Just handing over $60 million (instead of $125million) is mad. What it the $60million intended for anyway? What was the $65 that was held back intended for?
If it was going to build a school for example, just provide prefab building, or have the prefab parts brought in. Sending any cash or even raw materials is only going to be used for terror.
