Manhattan Bridge +Falling Debris+ A piece of metal debris fell off from under the Manhattan Bridge down onto the southbound of the F.D.R. Drive and onto the windshield of a yellow taxi driving by and hitting the driver, NYPD units on the scene checking to see if there is any more debris in danger of falling, EMS requested for the driver that’s injured.
