Borough Park, NY – A Brooklyn judge has set bail at $50,000 for the man who was arrested for breaking into a Borough Park home and climbing into bed with a teenage girl.

Isaac Hernandez of Corona told police that he had had a few drinks and didn’t remember much of what happened on the morning of April 17th, reported The Daily News (https://nydn.us/2HPgoz4.) The 38 year old, who cooperated with authorities, said that he had been looking for “an abandoned house his friend said he could sleep in.”
As previously reported on VIN News (http://bit.ly/2HOpX0X) an Orthodox Jewish girl woke up in the room she shared with her sister to find a strange man in her bed. The 14 year old’s screams awoke her younger sister, who also began screaming. The intruder, who pulled his pants on and fled through a window, was arrested one day later by police.
According to court papers, Hernandez gained access to the house by climbing through an unlocked window and was lying on top of the girl when she woke up. Prosecutor Wilfredo Cotto said that police recovered a pair of underwear from the floor of the bedroom that did not belong to either of the two girls.
Hernandez, who reportedly gained access to the house by climbing through an unlocked window, was charged with attempted rape, two counts of burglary and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police told VIN News that Hernandez had been previously arrested in 2011 on misdemeanor charges but could not provide any details of the sealed arrest.
Let’s hope he’s not an illegal alien because if he is deblasio will make sure he’s not charged with a felony so he won’t be deported
since he is an illegal and they need to prevent this hardworking undocumented workerand the assistant DA is a Latino last name Cotto and the Brooklyn DA is a Latino-Gonzalez they will make a plea of no contest to a misdeamonor and he will be out by July 4th. de bozo says we are a city without fences and are a sanctuary city.

I’m sick!! Only 50k??? How in the world did he get a job in Boro Park when he has a record of being arrested in 2011??? We need to come down hard on local businesses to check the back round of everyone they hire!!! How can we enforce this ??
