40 year old Vincent James of the Bronx was arrested this afternoon and charged with assault, strangulation and unlawful possession of marijuana.

James had previously been arrested on numerous charges including robbery, assault, criminal mischief and possession of drugs.

Police said that they could not say why James was not charged with hate crimes after he reportedly made multiple anti-Semitic remarks to his victim Menachem Moskowitz.

Moskowitz’s wife said that she was grateful to the NYPD for making the case a high priority but expressed outrage at the charges levied against James.

“We are going to fight to the bitter end,” Mrs. Moskowitz told VIN News. “This was attempted murder and a hate crime.”

Police said they could not say if James was connected to an earlier attack on a Crown Heights man on April 14th.

I thought it was obvious that he would be charged with a hate crime and attempted murder. But hey, he should of been in jail a long time ago.

I can’t understand why this horrible crime was only carried on the Jewish sites, and did not appear on the network or cable sites?

Probably the same judge that repeatedly released the driver that killed Levin/Kaplan

If you vote for the existing District Attorney, then this is what you get – no Hate charges for anti-Semitism, and release again and again no matter that the guilty one continues to repeat his violence.

Did everyone notice the size of that big schvartser who was arrested? I don’t believe that peace has ever come to Crown Heights, despite the propaganda about “dialogue”, and Black-Jewish basketball games. Besides this momzer, there have been other attacks on Jews. There was a frum Jew killed on a subway station in Crown Heights in 1986, five years before the Crown Heights riots. He was murdered because he was a Jew. The latter crime has been unsolved for over thirty years.

But no condemnation from the Rev Jessie Jackson or AL Sharpton. This story didn’t even make the failing NYT.
