Responding to a Washington Post report in which Christine Blasey Ford said she was sexually accosted by Kavanaugh in the 1980s, Feinstein said in a statement: “I support Mrs. Ford’s decision to share her story, and now that she has, it is in the hands of the FBI to conduct an investigation. This should happen before the Senate moves forward on this nominee.”

The accuser passed a polygraph test administered by the FBI; I believe her story. The accuser attended a private school at the same time, that Kavanaugh did, which was nearby. This will not be another repeat of the Anita Hill testimony against Clarence Thomas, where she was publicly trashed. This time, there will be justice. Kavanaugh is through; he should either voluntarily withdraw, or his confirmation should be denied. Sexual perverts should not be allowed on the Supreme Court, as was the case with Clarence Thomas.

1 person’s word against another. No proof. Her cooberating witness—other person in the room denies it. He has stellar history with multiple character witnesses, and no similar events. Innocent until proven guilty. 35 years ago and alleges groping and attempt to undress her. Does this disqualify even if it happened? What if he reformed himself? She did nothing all this time. More information needed to disqualify.

A former FBI agent administered the lie detector test. I’m sorry to say I don’t believe her. She was 15 years old at the time and didn’t tell her parents or friends. I don’t buy it. She waited 30 years. She was 15 and he was 17, they went to different schools but somehow she remembers it was Brett Kavanaugh.
I’m a Democrat but I think they are playing games to delay the vote.

She does realize that the statue of limitations has long passed and there is nothing for the FBI to investigate. Besides this would be investigated by the local DA not the FBI.
This is nothing more than a desperate attempt to derail his nomination.

Wonder what nefarious deeds Feinstein did when she was 17? Let’s dig up some schmoes who will indict her.

Justice will prevail, as Kavanaugh will not be confirmed, or will withdraw. This will not be a repeat of what happened in 1991, when Anita Hill was treated like dirt, and the Senate confirmed that lying dog,Clarence Thomas.
