Kloss posted a photo of her in a wedding dress and Kushner in a tuxedo — both of them beaming — on Instagram and Twitter Thursday night. People magazine reports the couple married at a small Jewish ceremony in upstate New York and will have a larger ceremony in the spring.
Kloss, 25, converted to Judaism last June, according to People magazine.
Kloss isn’t the first to embrace Judaism in order to marry a Kushner. Jared Kushner’s wife and the president’s daughter, Ivanka Trump, converted before the couple tied the knot in 2009. She studied with New York-based Orthodox rabbi Haskel Lookstein.
Kloss’ publicists did not return an email seeking details about the wedding Thursday.
Kushner is the younger brother of Jared Kushner, President Donald Trump’s son-in-law and one of his senior advisers.
Probably the first Jewish girl he dated.
MAZEL TOV
Mazel Tov!!
Mazal tov may he build as beautiful of a family as his brother Jared.
Conversions for marriage are very common in the MO community
She is just as Jewish as Ivanka.
I suppose Ivanka referred the groom to the “Trump rabbi,” who then absolved him from having to wear a yarmulke
I guess they’ll leave to their honeymoon tonight Friday night.
With 5 million Jews in the U.S., a good looking, wealthy and “smart” guy couldn’t find a Jewish girl to date? Where are the Jewish values of modern orthodoxy?
Which Rabbi officiated with KK’s conversion?
[(Unfortunately) to some] the ‘gold standard’ of gerius is the Rabbaniut of Israel.
If her conversion is approved by the Rabbaniut
Mazel tov
otherwise
another limb from the Jewish family tree has been lost.
I wish our son yoni would get married and move out of our basement. He needs to find a hobby besides surfing the web and posting on random sites.
Comparing Ms Kloss to Ms Trump isnt fair. For those that know the kushners and their daughter in laws, Ivanka is on a very different level than Karla.
Give Kurchner family a credit. They are very committed to Judaism and Israel.
Its even more important to them than money.!!!!!!
Which is extremely RARE.
