No one hit the massive $1 billion jackpot, though, in the multi-state lottery game so it rises to $1.6 billion, the largest jackpot in U.S. lottery history, for next Tuesday.
The winning numbers for Friday were: 15, 23, 53, 65, 70 and Mega Ball 7. There were 14 tickets sold nationwide that matched five numbers and missed just the Mega Ball. The four New York stores below sold second prize winning tickets (all Quick Picks) worth $1 million:
Tops Markets, 4235 Military Road, Niagara Falls
Chestnut Mart, 176 W. Main St., Middletown
Shoprite/Wakefern, 278 Tuckahoe Road, Yonkers
Jardy Wine Liquors, 486 E. 169th St., Bronx
