The incident took place at approximately 5:30 this morning at the kosher Dunkin’ Donuts located on 41st Street at the corner of Sheridan Avenue.

CBS News (https://cbsloc.al/2UI7wkP) reported that Michael Lefkowitz was approached by an unknown man who asked him if he had heard a story about a woman being raped in another country. Lefkowitz said that when he replied in the negative, the man began to hit him. Two of Lefkowitz’s friends immediately tried to subdue the attacker, who broke free and fled the scene.

Dunkin’ Donuts worked Patricia Saint Aude said that the suspect had been in the shop previously, asking if he could take a nap there. Saint Aude said she asked the man to leave the store, but he returned, this time to use the restroom.

“I let him use the bathroom and all of a sudden I saw him punch Mr. Michael and you know, it’s two old men, they can’t do anything, by the time they went to grab him he already run away,” said Saint Aulde.

Police located the man hiding on a nearby rooftop. He was identified as 32 year old Leroy Jenkins and charged with three counts of battery on a person over the age of 65 and one count of resisting arrest, reported NBC News.

Police said that they are not currently investigating the incident as a hate crime.

Lefkowitz, who was taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries along with one other man, said that he had no intention of allowing today’s events to disrupt his daily schedule.

“I’m planning to go out of town to visit my children in Baltimore and when I come back I will be here Monday morning like I always do,” said Lefkowitz. “Life goes on and we will not be coerced not to do what we normally do.”

The same Dunkin’ Donuts location made headlines last month when an unknown man went on a racially charged verbal tirade and threatened a store employee.

The Miami Herald (https://hrld.us/2UIiyGE) reported that a man dressed in a white t-shirt and track pants exchanged heated words with a counter worker on November 2nd. The episode was captured on video by another customer in the store who posted the footage to social media.

Does anybody remember (in 2014), when one of these fine upstanding citizens (as pictured in the photo above), murdered a Chassidic Rabbi from Brooklyn, who was visiting his daughter in Miami Beach? The murder took place, while the unfortunate Rabbi, was walking to Shul on Shabbos. The animal asked for money, and when the Rabbi tried to explain that on Shabbos he didn’t carry any money, he was shot dead. The perpetrator even bragged about his crime to his friends. Unfortunately, he beat the murder charge on a technicality. By the way, who do you think defended that piece of garbage? You guessed it, a Yiddisha Attorney! A shanda that a Jew would defend someone such as that savage beast. The case should have been given to a gentile.

To #5 - Why would anybody settle for a peashooter like a .22? Dirty Harry used a .357 Magnum. In the movie “Dirty Harry”, he used such a device to take care of three bahemas (sorry if the spelling is wrong).
