The couple, identified by the police on Monday as Tamar and Yehuda Kaduri, was found dead in their Armon Hanatziv apartment with significant signs of violence and stab wounds on their bodies. The two are believed to have been dead for several days.

The police stated that all investigative venues are under consideration. There were no signs of forced entry into the apartment, and the front door was found locked. All other details on the investigation have been placed under a gag order.

In an unusual occurrence, the director of the Institute of Forensic Medicine in Abu Kabir Dr. Chen Kugel arrived at the apartment to contribute to the investigation.

Tamar’s friend told IDF Radio Monday that she had communicated with her on Facebook on Thursday

The victims’ apartment is situated near the site at which a teenage girl was attacked and stabbed on Wednesday.

The Armon Hanatziv neighborhood is situated adjacent to Arab neighborhoods and has been the site of several terror attacks, some of them lethal.
