Prosecutors say the 57-year-old Randolph man was subcontracted to work at a company in Woodbridge when he faked the fall in 2018.
WPIX identified the man as Alexander Goldinsky, 57.
Authorities say surveillance video captured the man grabbing ice and throwing it on the floor before lying down. They say the man waited until he was discovered, and then he filed an insurance claim for hospital treatment.
The man was arrested Jan. 15 and charged with insurance fraud and theft by deception.
He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 7.
Niw they have to arrest 99% of all others who are suing people’s insurance because 99% are phoney frauds together with their lawyers.
For those that remember TV, Ralph Kramden of the Honeymooners was more professional than this guy.
I hope they had the brains to have the guy build a whole pile of medical reports of suffered injuries, then go after every fraudulent former Soviet medical fraud.
This man is a gonif and a shoteh – throwing the ice and then falling while he was being filmed. He should have enough seichal to know that businesses use videos.
I would be interested in knowing if he has other insurance claims in his past.
Typical fake liberal. Always trying to cheat and steal their way to the top.
