Images and footage from inside the Horodok shopping mall on Kiev’s Bandera Avenue surfaced Monday on Facebook.

They show shoppers climbing up and down the staircase, whose middle-section stairs feature a large swastika locked in a white rhombus encircled by red, similar to Nazi Germany’s flag. The street where the shopping mall is located is named for Stepan Bandera, a Ukrainian nationalist who briefly collaborated with Nazi Germany in its fight against Russia.

His troops are believed to have killed thousands of Jews.

The street used to be Called Moscow Avenue. It was named for Bandera in 2016 despite protests by some Jewish community leaders and Ukrainian Poles, whose community also suffered war crimes by Bandera’s troops.

According to Eduard Dolinsky, the director of the Ukrainian Jewish Committee, the video was taken by a shopper on Saturday night, hours before several hundred nationalists marched through Kiev carrying torches.

When I read news stories like this, I presume the Russians are somehow behind it. But then again, I am often wrong. I would welcome a follow-up to this as more becomes known.

I never could figure out who was worse the stupid Poles or the cruel Ukrainians. Both second class antisemites compared to the Nazis…..

The Ukrainians were asked to do killings that the SS found barbaric their speciality was killing kids under 5 by pulling out their bones and smashing their skulls in front of their parents in addition to killing pregnant women. These are the grandparents of Ukrainians you give money to by visiting ukraine.

Usually when people join an anti-semitic rally, they think they have nothing to lose and will probably not be identified later.

Here the people involved in this are identified, and there could have been severe financial damage, of people boycotting the mall, if the population was against it.

But that is not the case, the owners of the mall know that the population approves of this and there will be no or little financial loss due to loss of customers…It just shows how much hatred there is against us among this population…Our death is funny to them…like before.

#2 So you sort of figure those SS guys are doing interior decor for Ukrainian shopping mall? I doubt that.

Well, now it seems the image was not paint or something. It was a projection from a digital projector. It may have been hacked. You will note there is only one photo of this image. It may have been on the stairs for only a few seconds. Still, I see all the Yiddish media has fallen for it.

Well, if the truth does not matter, I can’t help you. You seem to be saying what the Russians want you to say.

What is really going on here is hard to say at the moment. It not mattering to you and all, I suppose you will keep falling for this stuff.
