Moshe Journo was remanded to the Allegheny County Jail after he was returned to the Pittsburgh area Thursday.

Authorities say Journo sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl at his tanning parlor in Dormont in 2004. Authorities say he was released on bond but fled the country and remained at large until his arrest by Israeli police in December 2017.

The 53-year-old Journo appealed his extradition. But FBI agents and Allegheny County sheriff’s officers traveled to Israel this week to get him.

It’s not clear if he’s retained an attorney. He’s facing state charges.

These lowlifes came to our country, perpetrate criminal acts, and then think that they can hide in Israel, without fear of prosecution. As Ronald Reagan once stated, “you can run, but you can’t hide”.

Incidentally when is the Justice Dept. going to demand for the extradition of Colonel Aviem Sella, who was Jonathan Pollard’s handler. He fled the USA (coward), when he heard that the USA was after him. He was indicted by a federal grand jury. However, the Israeli government has refused to turn him over. If he had been returned, along with the thousands of stolen classified documents, Jonathan Pollard would have been released from prison, a long time ago.

To #6 -What law school did you go to? If an American stole classified military documents from the defense ministry in Israel illegally, and brought them to the USA, the Israelis would want the documents back, and also would want to try the person responsible for the theft. Did you forget the case of Mordechai Vanunu, who revealed secret Israeli nuclear secrets to a newspaper in Europe? The Israelis kidnapped him, took him to Israel, and sentenced him to 18 years in jail. Now, he is not allowed to leave the country.
