Cops were called to the Route 133 West sound barrier at the North Main Street overpass on a report of graffiti.
“The investigation confirmed seventy-seven swastikas, approximately 2 feet-by-2 feet, spray-painted on the sound barriers,” Lt. James Brady said.
Investigators believe the markings had been spray-painted overnight. Cleanup by the state Department of Transportation is estimated to cost $500.
Anyone with information on the graffiti is asked to contact Detective Sgt. Richard Bernstein or Detective Eric Lion at 609-448-5678 extension 242 or 234.
Two Hightstown high school graduates received pre-trial intervention earlier this year after being accused of spray-painting swastikas and profanity on statues and signs in East Windsor, Hightstown and Roosevelt in January 2008,(as was reported at time here on VIN News). The sound barrier defaced on today was also vandalized in 2004.
Antisemitism is spreading around the world and in the US like fire. This is becoming scary 🙁
Nebach! We need MOSHIACH now!
Is East Windsor where the Twin Rivers Shalom Academy school is located?

I believe that there is a Shalom Torah Academy school as well as a Kollel in East Windsor or Twin Rivers.
…We don’t need for Jews to live in a town or in an area for anti-Semitism to be there! Best proof is poland and lithuania, where hardly a Jew lives! Yet anti-Semitism is their major growth industry!!!
