Investigators charged Sean Kenna late Wednesday with seven counts of felony criminal mischief. Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle will now review the case for possible hate crime enhancements.

Police officials announced Kenna’s arrest late Wednesday, tweeting “no place for hate.”

An arrest report says that between Feb. 9 and March 19, Kenna spray-painted a swastika on the front gate of a home in Miami Beach, scrawled the word “death” on a blue U.S. Postal Service mailbox and wrote “kill the Jews” and drew a swastika on a sign.

Kenna’s arrest report says he is homeless. A lawyer isn’t listed on jail records.

I think that this wacko was looking to go to jail, so he wouldn’t be homeless any longer. Hence, what better way to go to jail, than to be arrested for the type of vandalism, which he allegedly perpetrated?
