Washington – President Donald Trump spoke over the weekend with former President Jimmy Carter about his China policies and “numerous other topics.”

White House spokesman Hogan Gidley says Trump reached out to Carter on Saturday after the former president wrote him “a beautiful letter” about ongoing trade negotiations between the U.S. and China.
Trump’s norm-breaking presidency has strained relations among the traditionally genial club of former presidents, and he has publicly feuded with the families of the other three former living American leaders. He was not asked to speak at the funeral last year for former President George H.W. Bush.
Gidley says Trump “has always liked” Carter and his wife Rosalynn, and that Trump “extended his best wishes to them on behalf of the American people.”

To #5 - Where did the 7,000,000 votes come from? According to the official results, Hillary won about 3,000,000 more votes than Trump. However, he beat her in the Electoral College, 306 to 270. Does everyone remember all of the scholarly pundits who kept predicting the bubba meises, which went “there is no way that Trump can get past 270 electoral votes”. The same fake news refused to promptly call the election for Trump, even when they knew that he was going to win Pennsylvania! Regarding the Bush family, they hate Trumps guts, because he criticized Bush No. 43, for the invasion of Iraq. Trump was 100% correct, as the invasion was not worth the loss of 7,000 American lives, as well as the massive cost; to this day, neither Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, or Karl Rove will admit that they made a mistake. Also, that schlub Jeb Bush refused to admit that his brother was wrong. Instead, he dragged his elderly Mother (the last Barbara Bush), through the snows of New Hampshire, to canvass for him, before the New Hampshire primary.
