Tehran, Iran – The commander of Iran’s elite Revolutionary Guards said on Wednesday: “We are on the cusp of a full-scale confrontation with the enemy,” the Fars news agency reported.

Major General Hossein Salami, named head of the force last month, added: “This moment in history, because the enemy has stepped into the field of confrontation with us with all the possible capacity, is the most decisive moment of the Islamic revolution.”
The United States has sent further military forces to the Middle East, including an aircraft carrier, B-52 bombers and Patriot missiles, in a show of force against what U.S. officials say are Iranian threats to its troops and interests in the region.
The Iranians, through their proxies bombed the U.S. Marine barracks in Lebanon, in 1983, killing over 240 Marines; they also bombed the U.S. Embassy in Beirut, killing U.S. citizens. In addition, they have been responsible for scores of deaths of GI’s in Iraq. They detained, imprisoned, tortured, and killed Americans during the hostage crisis of 1979-1981. The Iranian government has also persecuted the local Jewish population, and have engaged in acts of murder and terror, against local Jewish members of the Iranian community. The day of reckoning for these momzarim is fast approaching. Once the regime in Tehran is overthrown, there will be war crimes trials, conducted by a free Iranian government. They will dish out to the Mullahs, what the Mullahs, and their goons have been doing to the people of Iran, for the last forty years.
To PaulinSaudi- In response to your scholarly remark, I want you to know that I’m a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and a member of the Jewish War Veterans. In 1990, during the First Gulf War, when the USA sent over 500,000 to the country which you reside in, your friends, the Saudis had the gall to tell our State Dept., and Defense Dept., not to send over any Jewish members of the US Armed Forces. However, when the Jewish War Veterans found out about that practice of exclusion and discrimination, which the Saudis tried to enforce, they advised the State Dept., and Defense Dept., to ignore the Saudi’s wishes. However, our government requested that Jewish service personnel, not display any religious objects on their person (i.e. Mezzuzah, Kippah, etc.). Also, they requested that any Jewish religious services be held on ships, and not on land. In any event, I’m always amazed at how you like needling members on this site. You wouldn’t dare do the same in Saudi Arabia, against the repressive Saudi government. They would come after your tuchas, in an instant!
