Israel – Passengers of Two Flights to be Examined for Swine Flu

    Israel – A 22-year-old man who returned from the US has been admitted to the Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera after being diagnosed with swine flu. This is the 15th documented swine flu case in Israel.

    Also a 28-year-old Israeli man who returned from the US was admitted to the Laniado Hospital in Netanya after being diagnosed with swine flu. He is the 16th Israeli to contract the disease.

    Medical officials are asking that all passengers of Intercontinental flight 90 from New York which landed in Tel Aviv on May 28 at 6:30 pm be examined by a doctor. And all those who boarded flight c762 from New York to Israel (via London) which landed in Tel Aviv at 11:15 am Thursday to be examined should they come down with any flu symptoms.
