At around 7:30 pm, the police and Magen David Adom emergency services received a report about a woman in her 20s found in an abandoned building in the haredi neighborhood. An MDA ambulance arrived in the area and paramedics attempted to resuscitate the woman, but were forced to proclaim her dead.

A police car was dispatched to the area as well, and an initial investigation revealed that the death was likely not the result of a criminal incident.

But the affair was not over yet. Dozens of haredim arrived in the area and, according to the police, began assaulting the policemen, caused damage to their car, grabbed the body and escaped.

Two hundred additional police officers were dispatched to the scene, and began scouring the Geula and Mea Shearim neighborhoods for the body, while at the same time engaging in talks with haredi leaders.

    **UPDATE**
Eventually, it was the deceased woman’s family who gave the body to police late Wednesday night, after mediation by ZAKA rescue units. Police began conducting tests to rule out the option of foul play in the woman’s death, and launched an investigation into locating the haredim involved in the body snatching.

A women was found in an abandons building which is allways suspicious , the police have to investigate and found out what happened !! The Frume people are allways looking for trouble since they have nothing else to do since most of them do not work !!! Shame on them !! This is an ongoing cycle of continuios Chillul Hashem !!! Here comes a big demonstration with burning garbage cans and shouts of “” Nazis “” hurled at other Yiddin !! I have a feeling that the Rabbinim there don’t care what these fanatics do since they do not stop it and even egg them on !! It is surly Moshiachs time allready the “” Chutzpa Yasge “” is here in full force !! Hashem Yirachem !!

Obviously the actions of these pious men in assaulting the living in order to prevent them from autopsying the dead is meant as service to HaShem. We should all rejoice, because their callus disregard for humanity is aimed at bringing Moshiach faster!

Police arrive to investigate a body found in an abandoned building. How could anyone justify interfering with the police and removing the body — the primary piece of evidence? That would be anarchy.

I can’t believe someone would use a religious excuse for obstructing justice and letting a potential murderer off the hook. Unfathomable.

After witnessing this and many other of these stories and seeing how the police act I wouldn’t be so quick to attack the “frume people”, and stick up for the police “who are here to protect us!!!!

Just as the economists in freakonomics identified and attributed a strong correlation between the drop in crime in America in the last decade to the supreme court decision in Roe v. Wade,
    so too,
must there be a greater, positive awareness within our social circles to the acceptability (subject to rabbinic approval, of course) of the use of contraceptive methods.

This could greatly reduce the strains our communities face due to overpopulation that result in the inability to sustain a productive and functional society.

I believe that this is a topic that most of our community leaders would agree is a necessary one to raise awareness about (especially once ‘Pru u’rivu’ has been fulfilled), and hope that it can only lead to positive responses and discussion.

Imagine in your neighborhood (Monsey, Brooklyn, Lakewood, Baltimore, Detroit etc.) a Jewish unidentified person passes on. The police show up to take the body in order to do an autopsy without making sure that this is indeed the wish of the deceased. If you were asked to join a group that would help prevent this from happening so that a young woman who died before her time should have peace in the world to come, don’t you think that you would take action? Woe to the people of Am Yisroel who would be selfish enough to call a protest such as this a “chilul Hashem” – where is your Ahavas Yisroel? Where is your caring for the next person? Or are you only concerned with what your non-Jewish neighbors/law enforcement thinks of YOU? Are you so stuck in this material world that you have forgotten the basic tenent that one who is autopsied is not considered whole in the world to come? Where is your empathy?! What selfish people you are supposedly in the name of “kiddush Hashem”! Go learn some Torah!

This is unbelievable!! These animals that behave worse than Arabs want to tell me they represent God? Even a wild animal has respect for a dead body. The Charedim use a deceased person for their political statements. Who in their right mind steals a dead person while there is an investigation from the police?
Why is there a young frum girl in an abandoned building in the evening hours? Why and how did she die? Was she drugged up by someone and abused? Was the group of Haredim trying to hide something by preventing investigation? This is a very disturbing story. Charedim continue to show themselves as an out of touch group of radical zealots perverting Judaism that other Jews find it hard to relate themselves with.

I would rather see them “chop up” the niftar as some of you call a forensic autopsy than participate in the bigger chillul hashem of attacking living yiddeshe police who were just doing their jobs. These animals (aka chareidim) are unworthy of any consideration as yidden.

Stupid people doing stupid things… AGAIN. Don’t these fools realize that they have destroyed almost any chance of finding the killer (if there is one)? They have contaminated evidence, contaminated the body, and contaminated the crime scene.

What if the killer is one of these stupid people? When the body was found he could have been the one to say “lets get the body”. This way his DNA or fingerprints would be legitimately on her.

What if other evidence like fibers or fingerprints have been wiped away by handling her? There could be a killer standing right there and the evidence may be gone.

Already someone claims she OD’d? How do they know that! Were they with her? Why not call her an ambulance? Did they drag her into the abandoned building? Their logic is as stupid as their actions.

These idiots don’t think. All they know how to do is overreact, burn things, throw rocks, and make life unpleasant for the rest of us who have to be embarrassed by them. There is no kedusha in what this group does, just stupidity.

The zionist government routinely performs autopsies on 98 year diabetics with heart conditions found undisturbed dead in their beds as long as someone does not protest, in order to determine “cause of death”. This is not the first time such an incident has occurred. I know people who have done it in the past. Kol hakavod to the Torah true Yidden for trying to prevent the arbitrary autopsy. Now that the case is in the public eye, the authorities will be forced to ask some questions before they cut. Which will hopefully render the autopsy unecessary.

I suspect these guys are trying to hide something – making off with the evidence.

Are they worried that some of their DNA would be found on the corpse?!?

If it’s simply Kavod of the deceased, dragging the corpse around is hardly honorable. One phone call to Hareidi MK would solve it without the desecration to the living and the dead.

So, I suspect these guys are trying to hide something – making off with the evidence.
