Interesting to note that Tropper has not yet denied any of the allegations against him. He has finally resigned all his positions but has steadfastly not denied anything. I wonder, is Tropper also stonewalling Hashem or did he make a cheshbon and have charoteh? What will he say on Yom Kippur? Will he say chotosi poshahti, or will he say, darn those guys at 5 Towns Jewish Times, why can’t they just leave me alone.

Whatever anyone wants to say about rabbi tropper negatively, there are hundreds of families in klal yisroel who are frum today due to this man. he has been in kiruv for years and has inspired thousands. Ein tzadik baolam asher lo yechta!!! we better be careful before we judge becase who knows in shamayim how they see him and who knows if we are even close

while you correct about that rashi, we’re not sticking a spear in his side! the case calls for this, because he is such an insidious character, who has proven himself through the years as someone who will go to any length to destroy people whom he does not like, so it is imperative for all of us to destroy him to the point where he will have no coiach in any community! keep in mind that while he was the rosh yeshiva, he was still spreading rumors about his enemies that ended in people getting divorced, breaking up shidduchim, costing people money and so fourth.
i personally had an issue with him, and he told the parents of all of the girls i dated after that that i did not HAVE KOSHER YICHUS!, that i was not sane, that my parents were blood drinking swingers, and that i had had an affair with an eishes ish! it was a total lie! he even called my kallahs father three weeks before the wedding day to convince him not to do the shidduch. i waited in the dark, under the skylight, all alone in the wedding hall
now im 31 and still single.

So, to be honest, last time I posted on this subject I got backstabbed all over. And yet, I am doing it again, because I have a question I want all you chachamim to answer. “hagam ratzachta v’gam yarashta?” I like how everyone wants him to “resign” from what is his. You did not build that Yeshiva. You did not collect Neshamos from all over the world and give them their first taste of Torah. You did not produce hundreds of Yereim U’Shlaimim and countless Talmidei Chachamim and Rabbonim. Rabbi Tropper did that. Kol Yaakov is Rabbi Tropper and Rabbi Tropper is Kol Yaakov. What next — do you want him to resign his face? His hands? Should he resign as father of his children?

Give up the baba basras, gittins and kedushins and start teaching the basics of being a frum jew. No yeshiva out there is teaching this. After what this slimeball did, perhaps this yeshiva can be the pioneer in a radical change in the yeshiva cirriculum. Time to bring back kiddush hashem into the foreground, not chilul hashem.
