You’ll find him in Jerusalem’s 100-year-old Mahane Yehuda Market. Among the multitude of stands proffering everything from fruits and vegetables to spices, cheeses, meat, fish, designer clothing, fresh-baked bread, and even coffee and fast food from Israel’s popular Aroma chain, Uzi-Eli Chezi offers products made of the etrog or citron fruit from his tiny stall.
He is the third generation of his Yemenite family to sell “medicine from nature”, and the famous local character claims he contributes to the “health and happiness of the people.”
Known foremost for his fresh juice, Chezi sys that the famous 12th century doctor Maimonides believed that the etrog had 70 different healing properties.
Today the etrog is the main ingredient in Chezi’s creams, soaps and sprays that he claims can keep you looking youthful, help a woman become pregnant, contribute to an easy delivery, an abundance of breast milk, improved masculine virility and smooth cardiac function, among many other beneficial properties.

Please check hechsher before drinking/eating. I heard its a bit problematic.
Kupat hair has competition someone that can cure all ills
which Hashguchu does he have ? Tetumos, Maasros taken? etc
Maybe he’s onto something. Isn’t there a theory that the Esrog might have been the fruit of which Chava ate?
They should throw this guy in jail and destroy any inventory of this ‘snake oil” before some desparate yid takes his meshugaas seriously and takes this product in lieu of whatever his/her doctor has prescribed. The Israeli version of the FDA seems to be very slow to get these phony products off the market.
If their is no prove and evidence, than the whole story is a joke.
No problem whatsoever with the hechsher, his products are l’mhdrn. I have been visiting him for years. Many known haredi rabanim recommend his juices for refuot and segulot.
Let’s give 100 people tetanus and smallpox vaccinations and another hundred esrog juice. then inject both sets with tetanus and smallpox.
Any bets on which hundred will survive?
please dont tell my grandmother about this.. shes been trying to get me to eat her esrog jelly for years. uchhhhhhh.
Anyone who believes this nonsense, please call me. I have a bridge I’d like to sell you in Brooklyn.
Perhaps esrog juice is healthy, though his energy readings definitely need a boost.
BRIDGE FOR SALE
A littlre over a mile long, connecting Brooklyn and Manhattan
Well, My neighbor is 4th generatin born in brooklyn, he sells grapes that hung in his sukkah, HE claims if you drink the juice every day for 90 years, you will get arichus yomim,
Nothing wrong with eating Esrog juice or jelly, if you like it.
But the idea that it is a cure-all is nonsense.
I live in America and every time I go to Israel I pay a visit to Mr. Esrog Man. He knows his stuff.. I was having tremendous trouble nursing my baby for several weeks and he gave me a paste that worked wonders..Dont talk until you have tried his items. I am a skeptical person and I don’t really believe in these home remedies but whatever he gave me certainly worked for me…
were can I buy it local??
what’s his tel #
I want to buy etrog juice
does he ship to usa
will it pay all of my debts
No. 11. You’ve been trying to sell this bridge numerous times. Ain;t funny .
Esrog products for the skin make plenty of sense. Glycolic acid (from citrus fruits) sloughs off dead skin, making skin appear brighter and more youthful. There are tons of beauty creams on the market with glycolic acid. So the creams are to be believed. As for the other stuff, who knows? Trying it can’t hurt.
This guy was featured in Mishpacha a while back.
I davened in M”Y this morning, he is Bdatz B”Y, the teuda is right in front of the juicers, you can see for yourself. 100% okay to drink his juices. Take that Korach! BTW, he advised against drinking the grapefruit juice with certain medications, and to check with your chemist. Posters would do better to be more careful about what comes out of their mouths than what goes in, especially if they don’t live here!
this man is out of business please check your information
