Documents reviewed Monday by The Associated Press show Kagan encouraging Clinton to support a compromise bill that would have banned all abortions of viable fetuses except when the health of the mother was at risk. The documents from Clinton’s presidential library are among the first to surface in which Kagan discusses the thorny issue of abortion.

The proposal was a compromise by Democratic Sen. Tom Daschle. Clinton supported it, despite opposition from pro-abortion rights groups. The compromise failed and Clinton vetoed a stricter Republican ban.

The way I look at it, it’s election time. Obama needs to appease the independents and Jewish voters, he’s given more than enough for the liberal left.

    Such Nachas !!!!

CBS News reported that President Obama’s new Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan will be the “first openly gay justice,” pleasing much of Obama’s liberal base. But after complaints by an anonymous White House staffer that parts of the report were not public, the CBS reporter updated the post to say “I have to correct my text here to say that Kagan is apparently still closeted — odd, because her female partner is rather well known in Harvard circles.” The CBS report has now been pulled, after The Washington Post repeated the CBS report, and the White House denials, but criticized CBS policy, saying “most major news organizations have policies against ‘outing’ gays or reporting on the sex lives of public officials unless they are related to their public duties.” The sudden media blackout on the ‘taboo topic’ is ironic, since Kagan’s private sex life already has, and will directly impact her public Supreme Court decisions.

It is amazing to me how the hate to obama has become such a part of some people’s lives.
No matter what he will do
He nominated a person who even most conservatives agree is a good choice.
    She’s jewish then she’s a bad jew.
Some guy quoting limbaugh who he himself has made so many racist comments over the years but if it comes to bring down a nominee who has a great record and is jewish we will use him as well.

Its amazing if he had nominated a muslim or a jew hater he would have been killed.
He nominates a jewish person he’s only doing it for election purposes.
Then we start debating how much of a jew she is.
To all of you she’s anytime as jewish as those politicians in israel who dig up graves 2000 years old and have no respect for anything we believe in but as long as the name tag is israel its ok.

NO. 31. “I am confident ‘ , “out of charcter ” , ” no proof ” Do I notice a softening in your tone of arrogance . If true ,that would ,indeed ,be a relief .
