About an 1/2 hour latter he came up from behind another woman walking with a baby carrage on 18th Avenue 54th Street and assoulted her as well, and after that he went after a 13 year old girl.
NYPD of the 66th Pct were notfied and searched all over with the help from the community, they got him on 20th Avenue and 52nd Street and was arrested.

The answer is crystal clear. These crimes are against women.
The message is that tznius is very lax. You know it is true. See the lenght and tightness of skirts worn by women. There is a clear message in the type of crime being perpertrated on klal yisroel.
