The bearded black perp walked into a Commerce branch bank on Wall Street near Broadway, and slipped demand note for a teller. The bank employee handed over an undisclosed amount of cash.
The bespectacled bandit is a black man age 30 to 36, 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-9 and 190 to 210 pounds. He was wearing an olive-colored jacket, and a Star of David pendant on a neck chain.
