Manhattan, NY – An overturned tractor-trailer hauling garbage is wreaking havoc at the Lincoln Tunnel in and out of New York City, all traffic coming out of the tunnel into New Jersey is being converted onto local streets, on the inbound side all lanes are shut until the truck is moved.
Officials are recommending motorists use the Holland Tunnel or George Washington Bridge.

There is no express bus service into the city as the express bus lane is also shut down.
NJ Transit is cross-honoring bus and rail tickets on this morning.
