Ernest Tschanz says The Jewish Home and Infirmary of Rochester in suburban Brighton should have protected his 94-year-old mother, Maria Tschanz, from Willa Bishop, who apparently pulled Tschanz out of bed causing numerous injuries.
The Monroe County Medical Examiner ruled the death a homicide because of complications from a broken femur and other complications.
Officials from the nursing home were not available for comment.
