West Nyack, NY – A 21-year-old Tuxedo man, who was an employee at Dave and Buster in the Palisades Center Mall, has been charged with stealing from the company.

Clarkstown Police alleged that between September 3 and October 8, Christian Vogeler of Tuxedo allegedly discounted patrons’ receipts and kept the money totaling some $700, for himself.
Vogeler was charged with 29 felony counts of falsifying business records and 29 counts of misdemeanor petit larceny.
He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in justice court at a later date.
