The symbols were spotted at the end of April and in the middle of May, police said.

Residents or commuters should call police or write down a car’s license-plate number if they see anyone loitering around a road sign in the township, police said.

If anyone has any information about the swastikas, call police at (973) 455-0500 or 1-800 COPCALL.
