Edward Mosberg, an 80-year-old developer and philanthropist, has been collecting memorabilia associated with concentration camps for about 15 years.
The survivor Torah is kosher and has no textual flaws.

Mosberg and his wife have previously donated holy scrolls to other New Jersey institutions, including schools.
