Long Beach CA – A Florida man has pleaded guilty to calling in a bomb threat to the Long Beach Airport after he arrived too late to board his flight as was reported at that time on VOS IZ NEIAS.

Yechezkel Wells was arrested August 26th shortly after he called 9-1-1 from a pay phone and said there was a bomb on a JetBlue flight from Long Beach to Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
In his plea agreement, Wells acknowledged he made the call to try to keep the plane from leaving.
Court documents say Wells did not have a bomb and was upset that an airline employee wouldn’t allow him to board because of federal rules that require airlines to close a flight 30 minutes before takeoff.
Wells remains free on bond. He faces probation to five years in prison when he’s sentenced in January.

Look at the story again. Most people go thru a drag down legal battle. This guy pleaded guilty!! The way I see it is he is sorry for he did and decided to plead guilty and accept appropriate punishment.
