Residents should pull in outside furniture and anything else that could be damaged or blown away by the wind and do damage.
The forecast calls for heavy rain and strong gusty winds overnight into Sunday that could gust up to 50-60 MPH especially over the Eastern Long Island coastline, tree and power line damage is likely. While the rain will end on Saturday the strong winds will continue into Sunday.
