The aided was transported to the hospital with a broken nose and needs to have reconstructive surgery to his face, and the five teenagers were arrested, two of them minors were released to the custody of their parents and the other three were send to Central Booking and they are still waiting to see a judge.

Judge ordered the two other under age boys also arrested and processed, they are now being brought into the 70th Pct.

To 7PM: From the little information I can garner, the incident was late at night. So they question is why were these kids out late at night on Avenue M? Where were the parents? Do they exercise any control over their children. There is no reason for any kids hanging out on a street at night. Donuts are for the morning!
