I spoke to a person in charge at NIRC and they didn’t know anything about the accident so I think its safe to assume it wasn’t someone from the Yeshiva
Ner Yisroel is on that road and so is a new public school. The road was widened and a sidewalk was added. The road has a huge hill and a big curve. There are also a lot of private residents who live further up the hill. What is it your business to ask why it makes a difference. It does to me and that’s all that matters.

Ner Yisroel is on the block so it would sort of make a diff… a small one in the over scheme of things but it would make a diff.
