Police arrested James K. Mastrangelo, who remains in the Ocean County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail in connection with the burglaries.
Chief Robert C. Lawson said the arrest of Mastrangelo clears up cases of burglary and thefts of at least 100 automobiles, 16 homes and multiple businesses which were primarily in the Orthodox neighborhoods.
The arrest took place after a search warrant was served at Mastrangelo’s home on Carasaljo Drive. [APP]
