If you failed to file your 2007 return, you might be one of 62,600 New Yorkers who are owed a total of $78.4 million in unclaimed refunds – but time is running out to claim your money.

To collect your refund, your 2007 return must be postmarked by April 18. The law provides most taxpayers a three-year window to claim a refund in cases where a return has not been filed.
